Responses to questions;
Q . "I don't know if on the entries section say i've done March and i then find a receipt - does it give you the ability to go back and add an extra line?"
A. Yes, this is possible, you can go back or forward to any month within the system at any time, at no point are the months or periods "locked" from entering new transactions.
Other points;
Q . "Add a column to the front for receipt numbers on the entries section."
A. Unfortunately the above request is not possible, BUT our system does produce unique reference numbers for each transaction entered i.e "MAR01", we recommend that this unique reference is written on each invoice / receipt / document and filed in reference number order. This system provides a robust audit trail which will be acceptable by your accountant.
